The DataStorm G74 was designed for the HughesNet™ platform and is one of MotoSAT’s newest Consumer Grade mobile satellite internet systems. The G74 was designed to provide reliability and cutting edge technology for an instant broadband solution in the harshest of environments. Like all G series mounts, the G74 utilizes a groundbreaking geared motion design with powerful motors and revolutionary chain-driven gear reduction that provide industry leading acquisition times. The G74 incorporates a digital sensor system that allows for accurate positioning when acquiring and peaking on the satellite. The DataStorm G74 system is a compact yet powerful On-The-Go Consumer/Enterprise broadband solution.

Designed to automatically acquire the internet satellite in the sky. The DataStorm G74 uses motors, gears and a GPS system to adapt to the mobile environment. The new D3 controller gives the DataStorm G74 true plug-and-play capabilities with any computer or network.

The DataStorm G74 stands 48" tall when deployed and less than 10.5" when stowed. The satellite mounts on top of your RV, truck or other mobile unit. Once the vehicle is parked, the dish can be deployed with the push of a button and offering up high speed internet access within approx. 7 minutes from anywhere in the continental US, Mexico and Canada. If you forget to stow the dish and drive away, MotoSAT automatically stows.

The DataStorm G74 offers download speeds averaging 600 - 1000kbps (over twice that of normal ADSL) and upload speeds of 80 - 150 kbps (up to 20 times faster than dial up). You can also get Bell ExpressVu^TM or Shaw^TM satellite TV in Canada, all on your DataStorm G74 system.
